People also choose to finish their garage floors because it then allows them to not have the cold pavement under their feet if they want to turn part of the garage into a workout room, game room, or some other type of room where you can go to get away from the rest of the house. Finishing the garage floor just makes the garage more complete and raises your homes resale value too.
